How do I get a fancy avatar?

Well little partner, you need a fancy picture to start with. When you have that picture you can go to the account page and upload the image in JPEG, PNG, or GIF. Preferably square and more than 96 x 96px.

How come my name is linked to nothing?

Simple. You haven’t told it to link to something. You can change this near the bottom of the account page. We will look for a Company URL, then a Personal URL, and if neither of those exist we’ll use your twitter ID.

How do I get a cool title under my name?

Like a broken record I’m going to send you to the account page, there you can list the company you wish the associate yourself with and your title there.

How do I change my displayed name?

The account page, We display the name you have at the top of the page, falling back on to your user name to the right if no name is present.

How do I remove a session?

In the right hand column of your sessions page there is a link titled “See a mistake? Tell the Speaker Rate team.” Use that to let the Speaker Rate team know you’ve had a change of plans. It may take a few days to be taken care of though.

How do I edit a session?

The big green button in the right hand column on your sessions page.

Where do I book the time and room I want?
